IE University SEPHORA Challenge is a case competition, showcasing Sephora’s international prestige positioning and IE University’s practical, interactive and international classroom experiences.
Association between the two prestigious brands brings awareness and allows for expanded marketing and communication opportunities.
The challenge focuses on improving SEPHORA’S customer experience through innovation and creativity.
Winners receive significant scholarships and SEPHORA prizes.
On Jan 12th, 2021, participants will be presented with the “SEPHORA SPAIN: CONTINUING TO INNOVATE & ENHANCE THE RETAIL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE” case. Irma Ugarte, Marketing and eCommerce Director SEPHORA, will join Jose Esteves, IE University Associate Dean, to give students a real-world account of the case intricacies, just like in a real IE University class.
After the presentation, they will be assigned to mixed nationality teams of bright colleagues from diverse backgrounds and start to work together. To kick-off the conversation, each team will have time with an IE alumna/us, a specialist in the case’s topic.
The teams will have one week to prepare and will reconvene on Jan 19th, 2021 to pitch in front of a Jury of Sephora and IE University Directors and Professors.
